My practice specializes in Thai-based massage techniques and movement-based bodywork to improve mobility, increase flexibility, relieve muscle tension, and support pain management. I take a personalized, compassionate approach to each session, whether your goal is to address discomfort, maintain an active lifestyle, or simply relax and recharge. My priority is to provide a safe, welcoming environment built on trust, communication, and individualized care to support your overall well-being.

Therapeutic Mobility Massage is a modern, table-based adaptation of traditional Thai massage that combines rhythmic compression, assisted stretching, and gentle joint mobilization to support comfortable movement and overall well-being.
Session Length & Pricing
Sessions range from 15 minutes for targeted areas to 2 hours for a more comprehensive treatment.
Rate: $90 per hour

Each session is tailored to your individual needs and comfort level and may include:
Rhythmic Compression: Gentle to moderate pressure applied with the hands, palms, thumbs, or forearms to address muscle tension.
Assisted Stretching: Guided stretches for the arms, legs, neck, and shoulders to support flexibility and ease of movement.
Range-of-Motion Techniques: Gentle joint movements designed to support mobility and comfortable movement.
Therapeutic Muscle Work: A blend of Thai-inspired techniques and other therapeutic massage methods to address areas of tension and stiffness.

- Preferred Payment Method: Cash
- Other Accepted Methods: Debit, Credit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover (3% fee will be applied).
- Insurance: Some insurance providers are approved and accepted. Superbills can be generated for insurance reimbursement. Call for more information. For faster responses, text messages are preferred. 509-760-6026.
- Payment Due: Payments are due prior to Service being Provided.
- Gift Cards: Gift Cards are valid up to one year of purchase date.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- 24-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid full-service charge.
- Late Cancellation or No-Show: Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 100% charge of the services that was originally booked.
- Gift Cards: If you are using a Gift Certificate, and no card is on file, this Gift Certificate will become null in void.
- This policy helps us respect everyone's time and keep availability open for other clients.
